We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Enterprise to join our Sales Engineering team, reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, India. You will join a global group of professionals passionate about delighting customers and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future as a leader in cloud security. You will demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation by aligning with regional leadership and engineering to deliver strategic solutions that solve complex customer challenges.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Partner with Regional Directors, product, and engineering teams to close deals and deliver high-impact strategic solutions for customers and partners
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team within the geography
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and customers to design and present comprehensive business solutions
  • Contribute directly to product development and enhancements for existing solutions based on market feedback
  • Support Geo Account Executives throughout the entire opportunity sales lifecycle

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Extensive experience in presales (typically 15+ years) with a background in managing Sales Engineering teams (typically 3-5 years)
  • Proven ability to enable and lead teams in delivering high-quality product and solution demonstrations
  • Expert-level experience refining key sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-value

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience promoting complex products and business solutions at major conferences, forums, and seminars
  • Active participation in regional industry events or organizations as a recognized thought leader
