Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify customer requirements
- Provide product and service suggestions
- Manage projects and collaborate with teams
- Maintain site documentation
- Conduct preliminary site inspections
- Collaborate with and assist the sales team
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability
- Apply technical expertise
- Sometimes need to visit sites at outstation locations for taking measurements.
- Need to visit sites along with the Sales team for technical validation.
- Required to visit the factory for sample collection and submit the same to clients/dealers.
- Need to visit showrooms to check product conditions.
- May be responsible for providing direction, analysis, and preparing reports.
- Site visits based on Sales team/dealer guidance must be properly recorded and submitted to the Reporting Manager.
