Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Work Schedule: 6day work week (with possibility of extended hours based on operational needs)

Future Opportunity: Potential conversion to a fulltime role based on performance & availability of openings

Eligibility: MBA students 2025/2026 passouts

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate HR Intern who is eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment. The role provides hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and offers an excellent learning opportunity for aspiring HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Work with hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate selection processes
  • Assist in screening resumes and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, ID card creation, document verification, and HR orientation

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain HR records, personal files, databases, and trackers
  • Support payroll documentation and attendance management
  • Assist in HR audits, compliance checks, and policy documentation
  • Coordinate exit formalities and maintain separation records

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication campaigns
  • Assist in surveys, feedback analysis, and culture-building activities

4. Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Manage attendance, feedback collection, and reporting
  • Maintain L&D dashboards and documentation

5. Hospital HR Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations
  • Support employee query resolution and service delivery initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA (HR) 2025/2026 passout from a recognized institute
  • Strong passion for HR and willingness to learn in a hospital/healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, professional conduct, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, high-energy environment with extended hours if required
