About the Role
Were hiring a Frontend Tech Lead to own and scale our React Native platform. Youll build and optimize real-time, multiplayer experiences powered by WebSockets and take full ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and reliability across Android, iOS, and Web.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture for real-time systems
- Build WebSocket-heavy flows (live games, matchmaking)
- Optimize performance, latency & UI consistency
- Handle complex edge cases and production debugging
- Mentor engineers and set frontend best practices
Must-Have
- 46 years frontend experience
- Strong React Native production experience
- Hands-on Expo & Typescript
- Hands-on WebSockets & real-time systems
- Deep understanding of Android & iOS internals
