Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager Engineering (Mobile App Development) who will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the mobile engineering team to design and develop scalable mobile applications.
  • Drive architecture, design, and implementation of mobile solutions.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to enhance technical capabilities and productivity.
  • Manage code reviews, release cycles, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Experience: 610 years in Software Development, with 1+ years in a tech leadership role.
  • Mobile Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK. Professional knowledge of Swift is a significant advantage.
  • Embedded C++: Strong hands-on experience in C++ (C++14 or higher) for hardware-software integration (NDK/JNI, POS logic, or Soundbox firmware).
  • Architecture: Deep knowledge of MVVM/MVI patterns and building modular, white-labelable mobile frameworks.
  • AI-Equipped: Proven experience using AI-driven development tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.AI-Driven Development: Champion the use of AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
