Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support / Technical Support Engineer to join Ensurity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and troubleshooting for customer-facing systems
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in production environments
• Work with Windows and Linux environments to manage and resolve system-level issues
• Handle multiple customer requests and ensure timely resolution with high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
• Support authentication mechanisms including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
• Assist in maintaining and supporting cloud-based environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational processes

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts and implementation
