We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Head to lead our medical device sales business in Bangalore and Hubli. As a key leader, you'll drive growth, manage sales teams, and develop market strategies to expand our presence in the medical device industry.


- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales teams in Bangalore and Hubli to achieve revenue targets.

- Develop and execute business strategies for medical devices, focusing on growth and market penetration.

- Drive customer relationships and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

- Achieve revenue and growth targets, ensuring profitability.

- Manage P&L, budget planning, and forecasting.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand product portfolio.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for market success.

- Requirements:

- 10-17 years experience in medical device sales or healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large teams.

- Leadership experience with strong people management skills.
