About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder, supporting day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Track priorities, follow-ups, and key deliverables
  • Support day-to-day operational activities
  • Assist in execution of key initiatives


Eligibility

  • 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
