Responsibilities:
Experience in Client facing/Technical Support role, supporting application and
related user queries.
Experience communicating issues with both technical & non-technical audience.
Accountability - Willingness to answer for the outcomes resulting from own
actions, responses. Take Ownership of situations of the assigned tasks.
Self-Motivation - Motivated to do or achieve the task primarily due to own
enthusiasm or interest, without the need of pressure from others.
Experience in SQL, Jira will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
