QS- Civil

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with 8-10 years of relevant experience, primarily in airport and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, billing, and overall commercial control of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and certification processes.
• Monitor project progress and track variations/changes in scope.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for commercial matters.
• Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
• Support in claims management and dispute resolution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in airport and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with contract management (FIDIC or similar standards preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
