- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, especially those tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings and events.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional bank products to clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Executives, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during client interactions.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan transactions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's presence and reputation.
