This role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering comprehensive banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and third-party products. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering personalized banking experiences.Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assetsEnsure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policiesCross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client engagementEducate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationshipsPlan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement eventsCollaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutionsMaintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship historyMonitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
