We are seeking an experiencedAdobe Workfront Configuration Consultantto manage, configure, andoptimizethe Workfront platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, implement, andmaintainefficient Workfront solutions that streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support businessobjectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as theenterprise Workfront Configurationfor Adobe Workfront, ensuringoptimalperformance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and clientsto gather requirements and translate them into actionable Workfront configurations and workflows.
- Configure and set upWorkfront environments including object-level structures, user management, dashboards, reports, and workflows aligned with business needs.
- Design and develop reporting dashboards, metrics, and analyticswithin Workfront toprovidemeaningful insights andfacilitatedata-driven decision-making.
- Create and customize project templates, custom forms, and user layoutsto align with project-specific requirements.
- Identifyand automate repetitive processesusing Workfront's automation capabilities, templates, and rules.
- Lead technical discussionswith clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation and delivery phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing proven solutions and ensuring smooth platform operation.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith IT and other teams to integrate Workfront with third-party systems and Adobe ecosystem tools.
- Document and evolve system configurations, workflows, and operational requirements, mapping them to businessobjectives.
- Provide end-user training, support, and best practices guidanceto ensure successful Workfront adoption andutilization.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience configuringAdobe Workfront in a business or consulting environment.
- In-depth understandingof Workfront system architecture, configuration, and capabilities to meet workflow and reporting needs.
- Knowledge ofdifferent Workfront user personasand license structures.
- Strong experience inworkflow optimization,resource management, andreporting/dashboard creation.
- Familiarity withproject management methodologies(Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience withWorkfront integrationsusing native connectors or third-party tools.
- Excellentproblem-solving, troubleshooting, and analyticalskills.
- Strongcommunicationand stakeholder managementabilities to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Ability todocument processes, configurations, and system designsthoroughly.
- Adobe Workfront Core Expert Certificationpreferred.
Required Education
B.E.; B. Tech; BA or BS in Marketing, Project Management, Business Management, or otherrelated degree; MCA or equivalent work experience
