AI Operations & Customer Success Intern
Mode: Hybrid (Office + Work from Home)

This internship is only for candidates based in Bengaluru and willing to work from our Koramangala office. If not, this internship isn’t for you.
Role OverviewWe are looking for highly motivated interns to work across Customer Success, Product Testing, and AI-driven Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will directly contribute to real customer interactions, product improvements, and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support (US Market)
Handle customer queries via chat during US business hours
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer issues
Maintain high-quality support standards and customer satisfaction
Test new features and product flows before release
Identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases
Work closely with the product team to improve platform experience
Track customer interactions and follow-ups
Assist in onboarding and engagement workflows
Maintain CRM hygiene and customer data accuracy
Learn and implement AI tools across support, product, and operations
Build simple automations (Zapier, workflows, etc.)
Use AI for improving response quality, reporting, and efficiency
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST (Office)
10:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Work from Home – US Support Shift)
Weekend Support: Alternate Saturday or Sunday required
Some flexibility may be provided based on workload and coordination
Strong communication skills (written English is a must)
Interest in SaaS, startups, and customer experience
Comfortable with evening/night shifts
Willingness to work from office during core hours
Curious about AI tools and automation
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Real-world experience in Customer Success and Product Operations
Hands-on exposure to AI tools and automation workflows
