Senior Product Manager
Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: VP, Product Management
A quick snapshot...
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of three established B2B products serving nearly 2,000 business customers and generating $12M in ARR. This is not a build-from-scratch role. It is a stewardship role - and we mean that as a compliment. The right person for this position finds genuine satisfaction in running products well: keeping customers successful, managing technical debt thoughtfully, shipping incremental improvements that matter, and protecting revenue. If you thrive on greenfield chaos, this role is not for you. If you take pride in disciplined execution and want real ownership of a meaningful book of business, read on.
Why it's a big deal...
You will be the accountable product leader for three products:
- Conga Grid - A Salesforce-native application for inline data editing and grid-based record management within Salesforce.
- Conga Orchestrate - A Salesforce-native workflow and process automation product.
- Conga Collaborate - A standalone document generation application that runs on its own platform and integrates with Salesforce.
You will lead two small scrum teams responsible for development and delivery across this portfolio. You own the roadmap, the backlog, customer escalations, and the product health of all three products.
Are you the person we're looking for?
Relevant Experience.
Required
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem - you understand how Salesforce-native apps are built, distributed, and maintained
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-product portfolios with competing priorities
- Strong fundamentals: backlog management, sprint participation, stakeholder communication, and data-informed decision making
- Comfort operating in a maintenance-mode product environment - you see this as a discipline, not a consolation prize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to work effectively with distributed stakeholders
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize stability, customer retention, and sustainable incremental improvement over growth-at-all-costs
- Own and groom backlogs across two scrum teams, balancing bug fixes, technical debt, and customer-driven enhancements
- Serve as the primary product voice for customer escalations and support-driven product decisions
- Partner with engineering leads to make sound trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and velocity
- Monitor product health metrics - including usage, support trends, and retention signals - and act on what you find
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on customer communications, release notes, and enablement when changes ship
- Represent your products clearly and confidently in cross-functional and leadership forums
Analyze and prioritize. Schedule development work for releases. Work with product management and development teams to create and maintain product priorities, track schedules against delivery commitments, and escalate risks and issues. Work with and maintain communication with stakeholders. Analyze product metrics to understand product performance.
Customer experience. Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing customers about new product features and functionalities. Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases and preparing reports accordingly. Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
Why This Role
You will have genuine, end-to-end ownership of products that real customers depend on every day. There is no committee above you making micro-decisions about your backlog. There is no ambiguity about what success looks like: customers stay, products work, revenue holds. For a PM who has spent time in high-growth chaos and wants to build real product management discipline - or for someone who has always believed that running existing products well is an underrated craft - this role offers something increasingly rare: clear scope, real authority, and meaningful stakes.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Here's what will give you an edge...
- Experience with document generation, workflow automation, or related categories
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and ISV ecosystem dynamics
- Prior experience at a PE-backed or operationally disciplined SaaS company
