Testing Engineer - System and Software

Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Python and C++ skills to join our team and contribute to the testing, and validation of missioncritical software systems. This role will work closely with crossfunctional engineering teams to build reliable embedded flight software, automate test workflows, and support systemlevel integration and verification activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and test tooling
• Good understanding in C / C++ programming (Able to read the code, understand control and data flow, debug the code with debuggers)
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and debugging techniques
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering team

Qualifications

• Exposure to embedded systems, HWSW integration, or system testing
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, telecom, or other safetycritical domains
• Knowing MATLAB programming is an added advantage.

Education:

B.Tech \ M. Tech in Electronics \ Computer Science

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years

Soft Skills:

• Asks the right questions instead of jumping to assumptions
• Follows through on tasks without close supervision
• Able to explain technical ideas clearly to peers, test engineers, and leads

Physical Requirements

Willing to work from office about 80% of the time.
