Description: Role Descriptions:
Analyze functional and technical requirements and design automation solutions-
Develop| maintain| and execute automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and VBScript-
Create modular| reusable| and scalable automation frameworks-
Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines (e.g.| Jenkins| Azure DevOps)-
Perform test execution| log defects| and track them through resolution-
Collaborate with BA| development| and manual QA teams for test planning-
Work closely with SMEs| Client| Developers| and Manual QA teams to ensure test coverage-
Participate in code reviews| test planning| and test strategy discussions
Required Skills-
Strong Knowledge and experience with desktop application test automation tools such as UFT-Solid understanding of scripting concepts and automation frameworks-
Desktop application testing experience-
Hands-on experience with test management tools (ALM| Jira)-
Knowledge of SQL for test data validation -
Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes-
Strong debugging and analytical skills-
Experience with CICD tools (Jenkins| Git| Azure DevOps)Recommended Skills-
Experience with API testing (Postman| SOAP UI)-Domain knowledge in BFSI is a plus-
Experience testing mortgage or banking applications (LOS| underwriting| servicing| etc.)-ISTQB or similar certification
Soft skills-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
