Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to lead engineering teams, drive product development, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical professionals
• Drive end-to-end product development, from requirement gathering to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Design
• Define technical architecture, system design, and best practices
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development to team members
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development and team management
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading large-scale distributed systems
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Prior experience in product-based companies
