Skill : Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll/Core HR/OTL/ Talent & Recruiting

Experience : 7 Years

Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Onsite

Salary Range : 20 LPA

Lead time Hire : We will look for immediate candidates.

Technical Skills:

A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients.

Should be proficient in HCM modules like:

Core HCM & Benefits

Talent & Recruiting

US Payroll (Canadian experience)

OTL / Workforce Scheduling

Work with team to gather business requirements and translate those needs into software solutions. Define specifications for product configuration/development and testing. Use specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results.

Proven knowledge of modules within area of focus with strong business process understanding and acumen

Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud with a minimum of two (2) end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations spanning processes across Oracle Cloud modules

Able to fully configure and test the Oracle Cloud modules in application track/workstream.
