Educational Qualification/ Experience

Food Technologist by education with 2-5 years of experience in R&D in an FMCG company - with research experience in Baby food, Nutraceuticals and Health supplement category.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research and Development of new products in Baby food, Nutraceuticals and Health supplement category.

Engage in the entire Product Development Life Cycle.

Research new and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.

Support QC/QA team to carry out the Quality analysis of the product at different stages.

Preparation of samples in coordination with the inventory controller.

Proficiency in gathering information about relevant ingredients for New Product Development and the techniques used to prepare Finished Goods from them.

Execution of new product development activities including Formulation Development, Supporting Pilot & Plant Trials, Sensory Evaluation, Technology Transfer, Yield Study, R&D documentation (Specifications, Label mandatories, etc.) & Finalizing Packaging materials.

Technology commercialization, claims labelling and Regulations
