Role Description
Responsible for MSU Activities :
Support and execute MSU operational activities as per Service level agreements
Deliver tasks with autonomy while collaborating and understanding multiple data systems and sources of data
Collaborate with Upstream / Downstream delivery teams for all inputs and/or data corrections and Support functions (CREWS, GTS, HR, Finance etc.) to enable delivery teams to manage their day-to-day work without issues
Demonstrate Moderate to Advance level of process and tools expertise
Participate in daily huddle and take proactive initiatives for the team
Qualifiers :
Good knowledge of Finance and/or banking domain
Has intermediate knowledge of key products, processes and operating guidelines
Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and partner management skills
Demonstrated high level of learning agility and team spirit
Has a theoretical understanding of the risks, controls and regulations within the financial and/or banking domain
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Advance level of understanding of Microsoft suit of products
Able to work under pressure, strong customer focus and takes responsibility and ownership
