Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
− Define and own Salesforce technical architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platforms
− Design scalable, secure, and high performance Salesforce solutions aligned with M&M enterprise standards
− Lead end to end implementations, including design, development, deployment, and post go live support
− Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (SAP, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, third party systems)
− Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and compliance
− Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and deployment approaches
− Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads
− Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders
− Support release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
− Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
