We are looking for a D2C Growth Lead to drive and scale the brand's ecommerce growth journey across digital channels. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on owning website revenue, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and overall D2C growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and execution-focused growth professional who understands how to scale consumer brands through performance marketing, conversion optimization, retention strategies, and data-driven experimentation. You will work closely with content, analytics, and technology teams to build sustainable growth engines and improve the complete ecommerce funnel.

This role offers strong ownership, fast-paced decision-making, and the opportunity to directly influence business growth and profitability in a rapidly scaling consumer brand environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall ecommerce revenue and website P&L
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels
  • Manage and mentor a small growth team across retention, CRM, and analytics functions
  • Plan, execute, and optimize daily campaigns across audiences, creatives, funnels, and channels
  • Monitor and improve key growth metrics including CAC, RoAS, conversion rates, retention, and LTV payback
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to identify winning hooks, campaigns, and storytelling approaches
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems for visibility into growth performance and business insights
  • Use experimentation and rapid testing to identify scalable acquisition and retention opportunities
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and customer journeys for higher conversions
  • Analyze customer behavior and marketing performance to make data-driven growth decisions
  • Continuously explore new growth channels, audience segments, and performance strategies to scale the business efficiently

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and ecommerce growth
  • Strong expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns at scale
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining healthy return on ad spend
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with dashboards, reporting tools, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience owning growth metrics such as CAC, RoAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
  • Prior exposure to D2C or consumer brands is highly preferred
  • Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, customer journeys, and retention marketing
  • Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams or growth functions
  • Excellent problem-solving, execution, and decision-making skills
  • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability for business outcomes
