Ideal Profile: B.Tech from IIT or Tier 1 school (graduation year: 2010 - 2012) OR MBA from IIM A/B/C/L or Tier 1 school (graduation year: 2013 - 2015) Roles & Responsibilities: To design - an efficient process for reviewing candidates To improve - the process on an ongoing basis To design - a framework to get information from the ground regarding the points where the process breaks To build/hire - a world class team of reviewers To manage - the team (includes motivation, clear communication, target setting, monitoring, evaluation, feedback) To decide - 'why/what/when/how' with respect to workflow automation and communicate to the product manager To follow up - with the product manager or the tech. team and basically get things done in the required timelines To design - DB fields for new roles as the business expands Desired Skills: Good first principle thinker Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Proven experience of superb managerial skills Good communication skills (writing, speaking, articulation) Strong work ethics and high goal orientation Agility to evolve into different roles and wear diffrent hats as the business evolves BE/ BTech (+2-5 yrs work ex.) or MBA (+0-3 yrs work ex.) from a Tier 1 School About TalentPad Brief Started in Feb 2014, Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent, operating in the large online recruitment market in India.
