Process, transform, and validate historical financial and accounting data to ensure accurate system interpretation.
  • Identify and flag data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based operations, fund accounting, and engineering teams to streamline and enhance migration workflows.
Demonstrate proficiency in working with spreadsheets, general ledger (GL) systems, and data-intensive processes.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial and accounting data.
Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to fund administration and accounting.
  • Experience in venture capital or private equity fund administration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques would be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to fund accounting software such as eFront, Allvue, Investran or similar.
  • Prior experience working in offshore or international accounting teams.
Experience in fund accounting and administration.
Exposure to venture capital or private equity.
Strong technical skills with spreadsheets, GL systems, and data-heavy processes.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
