Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with strong expertise in ETL/ELT, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience migrating and managing data in AWS or Azure, along with exposure to financial and billing systems. This role involves designing, optimizing, and automating scalable data solutions to support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Lead and support data migration projects from on-prem or legacy systems to Snowflake.
• Integrate and manage financial and billing data modules within Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune Snowflake performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are followed.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL, including data modelling and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Experience with cloud data migration strategies and execution.

Experience

• Proven experience in Snowflake development and data management.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience migrating finance and billing modules to Snowflake.
• Experience working on cloud migration projects to AWS or Azure.
