The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate hiring processes, handling student placements, maintaining client relationships, and identifying suitable employment opportunities for graduates.

    • Develop and implement effective corporate hiring strategies.

    • Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and requirements.
      <\/li>\n
    • Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placements.
      <\/li>\n
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization.

    • Handling Placements for Students:<\/b>
      <\/p>\n

      • Coordinate and oversee the placement activities for students.
        <\/li>\n
      • Organize pre\-placement training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
        <\/li>\n
      • Facilitate interactions between students and potential employers.
        <\/li>\n
      • Provide career counseling and guidance to students to help them achieve their career goals.
        <\/li>\n <\/ul><\/li>\n
      • Maintain Client Relationships:<\/b>
        <\/p>\n

        • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry partners.
          <\/li>\n
        • Regularly engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

        • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

        • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.

        • Finding Good Companies for Passed\-Out Candidates:<\/b>
          <\/p>\n

          • Identify and approach potential employers for the placement of graduates.
            <\/li>\n
          • Develop a network of industry contacts to create job opportunities for alumni.
            <\/li>\n
          • Track job market trends to align placement activities with industry demands.
            <\/li>\n
          • Monitor and evaluate the success of placement programs and make improvements as needed.

            Qualifications:<\/b>

            • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
