Job Title: Performance Tester

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical/Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing and be skilled in various testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple testing scenarios and work collaboratively with team members and program participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Smoke Testing, Load/Performance Testing (including Baseline scenarios), SOAK Testing, and Regression Testing.

• Learn, install, and configure a Custom Performance Testing Tool.

• Understand System Architecture and Design, including components, interfaces, protocols, data flows, dependencies, and configuration of systems under test.

• Design Test Scenarios to meet documented test requirements.

• Prepare and design Test Data to support test requirements.

• Create and manage test files.

• Run batches and jobs, thoroughly checking the results.

• Follow up on defects raised until they are resolved.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and program participants.

• Report progress and issues regularly.

• Strong Frontend, Backend, and Database skills.

• Proficient in Scripting/Programming.

• Experience with Unix and Windows CLI.
