Essential Job Functions:
- Support Nordea internal processes ensuring alignment with project objectives and company policies
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing project deliverables
- Track project progress and manage project timelines
- Participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and testers
- Help resolve issues and remove project roadblocks
- Monitor project risks and report potential threats
- Assist in budget management and reports preparation
- Support team and current PM in managing distributed resources
- Accelerate project activities for RWU 3.11 project
Experience Requirements (Essential):
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in corporate or banking environment
- Experience with cloud or transformation projects, ideally related to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), migrations, modernizations, or deployments in cloud/on-prem environments
- General knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or private banking cloud)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, load balancing, routing, network segmentation, DMZ, etc.)
- Strong project management skills including planning work and milestones, managing risks and dependencies, preparing status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Ability to work in environment with strict security requirements and complex approval structure
- Strong communication skills – ability to translate technical topics into business language
- Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project/Jira/Confluence/Excel/PowerPoint
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
