About The Client:

About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled AI + ETL Tester who will be responsible for validating AI-based data augmentation processes, performing ETL testing, and ensuring high-quality metadata validation.
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience with AI/ML testing workflows.
- Perform testing of AI-based data augmentation pipelines and ensure model outputs meet accuracy and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct ETL testing including data extraction, transformation, and loading validation across data pipelines.
- Validate metadata, schema alignment, and data integrity across multiple data sources.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI and ETL components.
- Identify, document, and report defects; collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams for resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for data workflows.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, automation opportunities, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software testing, specifically in AI/ML testing and ETL/data pipeline validation.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools, SQL, and data validation techniques.
- Experience testing AI-driven data augmentation processes and understanding of ML workflows is preferred.
- Proficiency in metadata validation, data quality checks, and handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with tools such as PyTest, Postman, JIRA, SQL clients, Python (added advantage).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
