The Monitoring SME is responsible for designing| implementing| and operationalizing endtoend monitoring for the Hosting and Cloud environments| covering onprem datacenters| Azure VMware Solution (AVS)| and public cloud workloads. The role ensures proactive infrastructure visibility| incident readiness| ITSM integration| and TSAexit operational stability. Key Responsibilities Monitoring Architecture Design the target-state monitoring architecture for Onprem datacenters Azure VMware Solution (AVS) Cloud-hosted workloads (Azure AWS GCP where applicable)2. Define monitoring standards| KPIs| and alerting thresholds aligned to infrastructure SLAs and business criticality3. Ensure monitoring design supports operations and exit readiness4.
