Essential Job Functions
- Work on Manhattan WMS solutions with focus on implementation, support, and testing
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end warehouse solutions
- Ensure smooth deployment, integration, and optimization of warehouse management processes
- Handle system enhancements, change requests, and production support activities
- Create technical requirement specifications based on business needs
- Develop Unit and Integration Test scenarios along with test scripts
- Manage test execution and coordinate with stakeholders for sign-offs
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues and deliver optimal solutions
- Support Manhattan SDN deployment and testing activities
- Prepare documentation for change requests, configurations, and test evidences
- Conduct training sessions and support onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- Experience in Manhattan SCPP support and testing
- Experience working with cross-functional systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Middleware
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and end-to-end flows
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, packages)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience: 5 to 12 Yrs.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMOS and SCI (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong understanding of integration development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with LM (Labor Management) and SCI is desirable
