Essential Job Functions:
- Establish and proactively maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Enable effective collaboration between project and PMO team
- Support Project Management agenda and initiatives within programme
- Ensure PMO processes and documentation are executed in compliance with Nordea Project Management standards
- High focus on selected projects and support project managers (PMs) with quality assurance
- Support planning, changes, documentation, evidence tracking and escalation
- Work closely with many stakeholders in Technology and various Business Areas/Group Functions
- Support project management and change management processes
- Work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Exp: 6+ Years
- Self-driven, structured professional with proactive attitude and strong drive
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with curious mind to structuring and presenting complex problems
- Thrive to work in fast-paced environment, manage multitasking well and excellent ability to prioritise and deliver within deadlines
- Experience in stakeholder management and great communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Solid team player and good in collaboration with others
- Written and spoken English on superior level is required
- Self-drive and proactive personality
- Insights or interest within business and technology resilience and continuity, risk management
- 1-3 years proven PMO support or Project Management experience including stakeholder management
