- Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore technical/functional teams
- Conduct internal knowledge sharing and cross-training sessions as needed
- Understand business/user process requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions
Education
- BE / BTech / MTech / ME / MCA / BSc in a related field
- ABAP Certification preferred
Core ABAP & Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP with end-to-end implementation and support experience

Strong expertise in:
- ABAP Programming
- Data Dictionary
- Development tools
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
- Workflow

Experience with RICEF objects including:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Smart Forms
- Adobe Forms

Hands-on experience with:
- OData Services
- ABAP on HANA
- EDI/IDocs
- Third-party integrations
Integration, Debugging & Performance

Good understanding of integration with modules such as:
- SD
- FI
- MM
- REFX
- PS
- ARIBA
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues

Experience in performance optimization of:
- Programs
- Database queries
- Related configurations
Data Migration & Solution Design
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies

Experience developing migration programs while ensuring:
- Data quality
- Data integrity

Ability to evaluate and decide between:

- Standard configurations
