How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to respond/submit their updated resumes, and for additional job opportunities, please visit Jobs In India – VARITE.- We are seeking an experienced Data MoClienter with strong hands-on expertise in end to end data warehouse (DWH) design, data moClienting best practices, and enterprise data architecture.
- The ideal candidate should have built data warehouses from scratch and be able to clearly articulate the complete lifecycle—from source analysis to consumption.
End to End Data Warehouse Development
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data warehouses and data marts.
- Conduct source system analysis, understand business processes, and define data ingestion strategies.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using industry-standard moClienting techniques.
- Design models using Star Schema, Snowflake, and 3NF depending on business requirements.
- Build and maintain ER diagrams, metadata definitions, and data dictionaries.
- Ensure models support scalability, performance, and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with ETL developers to translate models into optimized pipelines.
- Provide guidance on data transformations, aggregations, SCD types (1/2/3), and data quality rules.
- Enforce data governance practices such as data lineage, data cataloging, master data definitions, and naming standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct workshops to explain end to end data flows, DWH architecture, and consumption layers.
- Document design decisions, architecture diagrams, and data flow processes
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of data moClienting experience (enterprise level preferred)

Strong command over:
- ER moClienting
- Dimensional moClienting
- Data warehouse architecture (Kimball/Inmon)

Hands-on experience with:
- MoClienting tools: ERWin, PowerDesigner, SQLDBM, Lucidchart
- Cloud platforms (any): Azure, AWS, GCP
- Databases: SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Oracle
- Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Informatica, Talend, DBT, SSIS etc.).
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication—ability to clearly explain end to end data warehouse approach.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (business, ETL, analysts).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Building a data warehouse from scratch (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Data Vault moClienting is a plus.
- Experience implementing enterprise reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data projects.
