The Opportunity
This is not a high-volume telecalling role. As part of our strategic sales engine, you will:
- Engage directly with VPs, Directors, and C-Suite leaders in IT, Engineering, and Procurement.
- Position Akraya's services: SOW-based and consulting offerings
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for our senior sales leadership.
- Work closely with the Global Sales Manager and VP to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
- Run personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to decision-makers.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align campaigns and lead generation.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and track KPIs like meetings booked, outreach activity, and pipeline growth.
- Computer Science/B. Tech background
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior decision-makers (VP/Director/C-Suite).
- Proven success in pipeline generation and meeting setup.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools.
- Exposure to the US market or global client outreach.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and digital prospecting skills.
- Familiar with SOW scoping

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Inside Sales/Business Development experience in IT Services and Staffing.- Computer Science/B. Tech background
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior decision-makers (VP/Director/C-Suite).
- Proven success in pipeline generation and meeting setup.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools.
