We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling multiple positions, strong in sourcing, and comfortable working with targets.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements
• Strong sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, iimjobs, etc.
• Screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Regular follow-ups with candidates and clients until closure
• Salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining confirmation
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong hands-on experience on job portals and database mining
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Target-driven and closure-focused approach
• Must be comfortable working in a Recruitment Consultancy setup
