Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters.

2 Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners.

3 Building new channel partners for the company.

4 Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing.

5 Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements.

6 First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms.

7 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.

8 Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo.

9 Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing

Exp (in yrs) :- 1+yrs

Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline
