We are looking for a Transaction Services Senior to join our team. Transaction Services team performs due diligence for buyers and sellers to help identify areas that affect deal negotiations. Such services include assessment of recurring earnings and quality of earnings, analysis of key revenue and cost drivers, critique of balance sheet exposures, input on closing deal structure, and assessment of operating working capital needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Train Associates, work with peers, assist Managers, Senior Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
  • Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
  • Prepare data books
  • Help prepare draft reports for management review
  • Research issues that arise during the course of engagements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to take direction and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
