The Role
We are looking for a Physical Design Manager with experience in the implementation of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new analog design team. This team is chartered to deliver a series of differentiated mixed-signal compute products.

- Design leadership: Build and manage a team to implement and deliver a series of mixed-signal compute products
- Problem solving & innovation: Identify novel solutions for delivering differentiation performance and cost
- Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas, from architecture to productization

What You'll Need
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- At least 12 years of strong technical experience physical design and related areas - timing constraints, synthesis, test implementation, design optimisation, power management, timing closure, electrical / physical verification and packaging
- Strong leadership credentials
- An extensive technical background in the development of semiconductor products or sub-components (IPs)
- Experience with mixed-signal integration
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to define strategic actions, with appropriate design trade-off analyses
What Else You May Bring (Experience in some of the following areas is a plus)
- Understanding of signal processing components or processing systems
- Awareness in digital design & verification practices and requirements
- Analog circuit design, design modeling, IP characterization, etc.
