Role Overview: Support the replacement of legacy middleware platforms for large-scale technology programs in the Manufacturing/Agricultural sector.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years as a BA on large-scale tech replacement programs.
- Industry: Proven background in Manufacturing or Agriculture.
- Technical: Strong experience with Middleware/Integration layers (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Products: Deep understanding of IA and ICAP products.
- Documentation: Expert in Visio, BRDs, FRDs, RACI, and Traceability Matrices.
- Methodology: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery structures.
- Soft Skills: High-level stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
