Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integration architectures that align with business and technical requirements.
Define integration strategies, patterns, and best practices using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
Develop and oversee API strategies, including API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
Provide technical leadership in middleware, enterprise service bus (ESB), and event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand integration needs and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and governance of integration solutions.
Conduct assessments of existing integration landscapes and recommend improvements.
Lead and mentor development teams in implementing integration solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation.
Expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apigee, IBM API Connect, Tibco, or similar.
Strong understanding of API management, RESTful & SOAP web services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with middleware, ESB, and messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid integration approaches.
Knowledge of security protocols and standards, including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and SSL/TLS.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
