Conga is seeking a talented APAC Partner Marketing Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team of partner marketers. This key role will see you work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to build and scale marketing campaigns and activities with our largest global partners, and crucial regional partners. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, creating, executing and bringing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to life as you build deep relationships across our partners.

Are You the Person We're Looking For?

Experience. You must have more than 12 years of experience in Partner Marketing enablement within B2B software space.

Marketing Activities. You are excellent in creating and executing marketing activities such as webinars and other online and in-person event activities, to support integrated campaigns. You craft and develop marketing content for compelling joint solution offerings with strategic partner accounts including creation of required marketing assets (product videos, customer success stories, demos, presentations, how-to guides etc.).

GSI/RSI partnership. You know how to help engagement teams understand the value proposition of the Conga-GSI/RSI partnership through a multichannel approach that encompasses digital, events, training, enablement and more!

Strategic Business Partnership. You will partner closely with business teams to deeply understand their challenges, priorities, and operational needs, ensuring analytics solutions directly address real business problems.

Cross functional collaboration. You work closely with the teams below to drive awareness of the partnerships

Conga Corporate Marketing team, to create thought leadership opportunities, maximize the partners' presence on conga.com and insert the partners into key Conga events.

Conga Field Marketing team, to create, execute, and measure geo-based joint partner events that drive net-new business and expand existing business.

Conga Customer Marketing team, to develop impactful joint partner customer stories to help promote the partnership's value to the market.

Conga Campaign Marketing team, to insert partners into existing campaigns and develop net-new campaigns into the market.

Conga Marketing Operations, to measure and report on pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI.

Self-Starter and motivated. You are Hard-working, self-starter with a willingness and eagerness to learn. You are organized, ambitious, and high-energy that can embrace and navigate a fast-paced, ever shifting environment.

Education. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

You have good understanding of enablement strategies and channels to get the brand and message embedded in the partners' ecosystem. You demonstrate experience working with large partners on branding and demand generation initiatives.

Relationship. You are excited to hit the ground running and use your experience to get to know and build successful long-term relationships with partner colleagues.

Partner connects. Showing keen interest in developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of Conga's market positioning, products, and services to help ensure partner efforts and partner programs are aligned with the overall organizational goals and brand. You are also good at defining and marketing joint solutions that address market needs and opportunities.

Familiarity. You have experience and/or familiarity with relevant partner marketing solutions such as or similar to: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike, Crossbeam
