We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AWS Cloud Developer to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will hold a B.E./Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering and will bring strong expertise in AWS cloud services, scripting in Python/PySpark, and a solid understanding of data engineering and warehousing principles.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are expected to lead technical solutioning, development, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in the capacity of an AWS Cloud Developer, designing and building scalable and efficient data solutions.
Script and program in Python and PySpark to develop robust data processing pipelines.
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed technical designs and implement them efficiently.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders for continuous requirement gathering, updates, and design validations.
Leverage a broad stack of AWS services such as S3, EC2, EMR, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SageMaker, and Athena to build end-to-end data solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of developers by providing both technical and functional guidance. Perform code reviews, optimize data workflows, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Apply basic SQL knowledge for querying and managing data and support performance optimization.
Utilize understanding of data warehousing concepts such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Dimensions, and Facts to structure and deliver data solutions.
