• Controller, Audit Manager, PLC Manufacturing Technician
• Accounts Payable/Billing Coordinator, Sales Territory Manager
• Manager - Accounting Operations, Category Development Manager
• Power Electronics Engineer, Director Tax, Technician

Healthcare Recruiters

• Proven experience recruiting for Direct Hire, Permanent Healthcare roles including:
• Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Therapist (OT), Acute Care Occupational Therapist
• LPNs, CNAs, Home Health Aides, Mammography Technologist – Outpatient
• Registered Nurses (RNs), and other clinical/non-clinical positions

Job Duties:

• Understand organizational needs, current and future.
• Operate within a process-driven, data-focused environment.
• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) i.e JobDiva to mine for qualified candidates.
• Present diverse candidate slates for hard-to-fill, niche roles.
• Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in candidate pipelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of engineering and healthcare industry roles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in relevant fields (engineering or healthcare).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of innovation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
