Job Overview
We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce Quality Engineer/Admin (QE) who can effectively support testing activities for a highly customized Salesforce implementation. This is not a traditional admin or manual tester role-ideal candidates will bring development-level understanding of Salesforce (LWC, Apex) and contribute to quality engineering, automation, and validation of complex UI/UX solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies and test cases for highly customized Salesforce applications
- Validate Lightning Web Components (LWC) UI/UX behavior, responsiveness, and performance
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand custom Apex logic and frontend components
- Build and maintain automated test scripts (UI and API-level testing)
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
- Validate custom APIs, integrations, and backend logic (Apex services)
- Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
- Support CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution and quality gates
- Participate in code reviews/test reviews to proactively identify quality gaps
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and test coverage goals
