We are looking for experienced tax professionals with strong U.S. tax research and regulatory interpretation skills to support AI model training and evaluation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex tax materials, validate legal reasoning, and help create high-quality datasets that improve AI performance in tax-related scenarios.
This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in tax research, advisory, compliance, or legal interpretation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of U.S. tax regulations, rulings, and statutory guidance
- Interpret and explain provisions within the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations
- Review AI-generated responses for correctness, clarity, and technical completeness
- Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in tax-related outputs
- Create concise summaries of complex tax topics for analytical and training purposes
- Support the development of structured tax law evaluation frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal tax law and regulatory frameworks
- Experience performing tax research and interpreting statutory language
- CPA, EA, or CA qualification preferred
- Excellent legal and analytical reasoning abilities
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or corporate tax functions
- Familiarity with tax research platforms and technical tax memorandums
- Interest in AI, legal technology, or data-driven tax applications
