Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Service Portal, and SPM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions along with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

The candidate should possess strong scripting capabilities, platform customization experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Customize forms, fields, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Develop and support Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions for process automation.
  • Implement and enhance ITSM processes including:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Request Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM capabilities including:
    • Case Management
    • Service Portals
    • Omnichannel Experiences
  • Develop and maintain JavaScript-based customizations and server/client-side scripting.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • IntegrationHub
    • MID Servers
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications and external systems.
  • Ensure data consistency, error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform and integration issues.
  • Follow secure coding standards and platform performance optimization best practices.
