The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules, strong technical skills, and experience leading integration efforts with other enterprise systems. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow GRC, advising stakeholders on how to leverage the platform to meet business objectives.

Solution Architecture:
- Architect ServiceNow GRC solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of the ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the GRC solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Integration Management:
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party risk management tools) using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Design and implement data integrations and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues during and after deployment.

Governance and Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce governance around the use of the ServiceNow GRC platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the GRC solution to ensure it remains optimized and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project sponsors, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to ensure that stakeholders understand the capabilities and limitations of the GRC solution.

Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Proven experience in leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions in complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong background in systems integration, particularly with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization specific to GRC modules.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC architecture, data models, and workflows.
- Expertise in API-based integrations (REST, SOAP) and experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC required.
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow Integration Hub, Application Developer, or other relevant areas preferred.
