Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer (CSA & CAD Certified)
Location: Kharadi (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with CSA and CAD certifications to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD modules along with advanced scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions (Core HR, Case Management, Employee Service Center)
- Customize and configure HR workflows, catalog items, and knowledge management
- Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies)
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices
- Support upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Expertise
- Core Strength: Strong hands-on experience in advanced scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Expertise in complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
- Module Expertise: Deep experience in at least one of the following: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Service Portal, or exposure to Gen AI capabilities within ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on experience with HRSD module implementation
- Experience in Service Catalog, ACLs, and Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
